12th ZEMA Annual General Meeting

The 12^th ZEMA Annual General Meeting was held in the Imbiso Conference Room, Zimbali Lodge on Friday 29th May 2009.

The ZEMA Chairman, Mr John Whitehead, presided over the meeting which was attended by approximately 120 people, including Members, Directors and ZEMA staff. Proxies were tabled on behalf of another 359 Members, a Zimbali record.

ZEMA congratulates the following new Residential Directors, who were voted in by the Members for the 2009/2010 period: Henry Greyling, Ken Forbes, Ricky Smit and John Whitehead. David Manly has recently been appointed as a Residential Director, following the resignation of Felix Gay.
